Refund Policy
If you are dissatisfied for any reason, you can return your purchase, in the condition it was shipped, for a full refund, minus
the shipping costs and a 15% restocking fee.
We cannot be held responsible for goods damaged in shipping or by poor handling.
All shipments are insured: Refunds for items damaged in shipping must be handled
by filing an insurance claim with the carrier (we can initiate this for you).
Our Guarantee
All items purchased from "The Art of Conscious Living" come with our complete satisfaction guarantee. If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, just contact us within
10 days of receiving the item.
In order to receive a refund, the item must be returned in the condition it was shipped (clean and undamaged). Returned items must be received by us within
20 days of the original receipt of purchase.
We do not pay for return shipping.
Our international customers must pay shipping costs to receive replacement
parts under warranty.
All items are carefully inspected and tested before shipping. We also supply
a detailed series of pictures of each fountain before it is shipped, making
a point to draw attention to any imperfections (grinding marks, kiln flaws etc. are a natural part of the character of a handcrafted product.) Our goal
is to only send out the piece that you will love!
We warrant the
workmanship and materials on the fountain itself for five years; all other
parts such as the filter housing, pump, power adapter, etc. are warranted for a
period of 6 months. Send us the defective item and we will replace it, but
please contact us beforehand (often problems can be alleviated with some
"troubleshooting".)
Batteries are to be obtained from a reliable source and used in accordance
with manufacturer instructions. We are not and cannot be held liable for any
damages caused as a result of their use.
